Mike’s acting career officially began when he was 16 years old. After he graduated from the university, he started acting officially. His friend Kingsley Ukaegbu introduced him to the popular actor Ernest Obi, who also caused him to meet Onyi Okechukwu, a director of photography. Onyi was then working on the set of a movie featuring Van Vicker. Mike was then picked to play the role of Van Vicker’s younger brother. He soon became popular after he acted in the movie titled 7 Books of Moses. He also starred in the 2015 Nollywood film “Amarachi” alongside Chioma Chukwuka, Obi Okoli, and Eve Esin.
Throughout his career, Mike Godson has starred in over 100 Nollywood films, earning a reputation for his versatility and ability to portray a wide range of characters.
